White wines: Fresh, fruity and light/p>

Rosé wines: Joyful, young and tasty

Red Wines: Intense, powerful and kind

The winery produces 8 different kinds of wine that reflect the microclimates where the vineyards are located. The vineyards in the South often have extreme winds, with hard, basaltic, arid soil as it was formed during the last volcanic activities. The vineyards located in the ‘Medianías’, this is, the middle regions of the island, are old and of traditional red grapes. These old vineyards are located above 1.000 meters above sea level, in steep slopes, with volcanic soil, very loose and gaining a special richness from all of the benefits that come with the trade winds and the mist, improving the harvest when ripening.

The winery is open to the public every day of the week, with long opening hours. We count with a Social Area, where our visitors may enjoy in peace the wines they are tasting and the Shop allows them to take wine with them in order to continue with the pleasure of such good moments in the comfort of their home.

The winery offers a guided visit with a sampling of the gourmet products of the area that accompany the tasting of the Las Tirajanas wines. In order to peacefully enjoy this visit it is necessary to make reservations in advance, by telephone or email.

During the guided visit of the winery, the visitor may venture into the viticulture of the island, learning the evolution of our winemaking through the centuries and enjoying the good moments with the Las Tirajanas wines and the gourmet products typical of the area.
